Description of Research Group:The team is led by Professor Qian Jianya and consists of 9 team members, all of whom have doctoral degrees and multi-disciplinary expertise in biochemistry, cereal science, food science, food packaging and food engineering. The team has trained 49 masters; There are 1 postdoc, 2 doctoral students and 25 master students at the station. So far, he has presided over 11 national projects, 8 provincial and ministerial projects, and several horizontal projects. He has published more than 400 papers and granted more than 20 patents.
