感染与免疫——T细胞免疫:以诱导中和抗体为主要目的疫苗设计策略成功地解决了众多畜禽传染病的预防与控制,然而,生产中对于一些引起持续性感染和免疫抑制的畜禽传染病如马立克氏病、禽流感H9N2亚型、蓝耳病、非洲猪瘟等,体液免疫显得捉襟见肘。细胞免疫在这类疾病中扮演什么角色目前知之甚少。本课题组主要开展畜禽疾病T细胞免疫应答与免疫保护机制的研究以及T细胞疫苗开发。涉及3个方向:1)采用新的免疫学理论与技术解析兽医重大传染病的T细胞免疫特征与免疫保护机制,助力疫苗研发;2)开发靶向T细胞免疫的新型兽用疫苗与佐剂;3)比较免疫学,开发畜禽T细胞免疫研究的关键技术与免疫学试剂。
