(1) Graduated with a Ph.D. degree from the School of Biotechnology, Jiangnan University, under the guidance of Prof. Guocheng Du and Prof. Long Liu.
(2) Joined Yangzhou University in 2019, focusing on the development of functional dairy products, and probiotic solid beverages. Research interests include the development and efficient utilization of probiotic lactic acid bacteria, probiotic characteristics analysis and functional enhancement of probiotic lactic acid bacteria. As the first or corresponding author, published 7 SCI papers in journals such as Bioresource Technology, Food Bioscience, and International Journal of Dairy Technology. As the main inventor, applied for 7 invention patents, of which 3 have been authorized.
(3) Guide students to win first prize in the 2022 "Science and Technology Innovation Jiangsu" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, first prize in the 2022 Yangzhou University Extracurricular Academic and Technological Works Competition, and first prize in the 2023 National College Student "Food Safety and Nutrition China Tour" Volunteer Service Project.
