何新龙，九三学社社员，副研究员，硕士生导师，2002年毕业于南京农业大学，获农学学士学位，2012年获韩国江原大学工学博士学位，现为扬州大学医学部基础医学院和公共卫生学院副研究员，主要从事重要病原菌的耐药机制与感染防治研究。
