殷玉叶，江苏无锡人，2022年博士毕业于南京医科大学公共卫生学院，扬州大学青年百人，硕士生导师，第一或共同第一作者发表《Nature Immunology》（IF=31.2）、《Cell Commun Signal》、《J Affect Disord》、《Clin Exp Immunol》、《Biochim Biophys Acta Gene Regul Mech》、《Cell Mol Neurobiol》，参与发表《Cancer Cell》、《Cell Mol Immunol》、《Cell Rep》、《J Immunol》等杂志，主持国家自然科学基金一项、中国博士后面上基金一项、中国博士后特别资助一项。授权国家发明专利一项，申请发明专利两项。
