一、个人简介:
吴健,1986年生,博士,副教授,博士生导师,院长助理、生物技术系主任。江苏省杰出青年基金获得者,国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目主持人,江苏省高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师、扬州大学高端人才支持计划“拔尖人才成长计划”培养对象。担任中国作物学会油料作物专业委员会委员,《中国油料作物学报》青年编委。
主讲本科生《分子生物学(双语)》和研究生《植物研究技术》等课程。指导本科生获“全国大学生生命科学竞赛”一等奖2项、三等奖2项、国家级科创项目1项;发表EI期刊论文2篇;获扬州大学本科教学成果奖一等奖1项、扬州大学研究生教学成果奖二等奖1项。
主要从事油菜抗病分子遗传以及基因组编辑研究,以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Nature Communications、Plant Physiology(2022/2025)、Plant Biotechnology Journal(2019/2020/2024)、Plant Communications、Journal of Experimental Botany(2022/2025a/2025b)、Theoretical and Applied Genetics和Crop Journal(2019/2022)等Top期刊发表论文。累积引用次数为2300余次,H指数24。登记油菜新品种 1 个,授权发明专利 4 项。先后主持国家重点研发青年科学家项目1项、国家自然科学基金4项、江苏省杰出青年基金1项、江苏省农业自主创新项目2项、国家重点研发计划子课题1项。
