1.奶牛乳腺炎是奶牛养殖业中常见且危害较大的疾病,细菌感染是其主要的诱因。S.uberis作为奶牛乳腺炎的重要致病菌,感染可导致各类乳腺细胞损伤、死亡,但机制尚不明确。因此深入开展相关研究,来弥补该领域的研究空白,为奶牛乳腺炎的防控与治疗奠定理论基础。
2.养猪业作为我国畜牧业的支柱产业,在国民经济和人民生活中具有举足轻重的地位。实现高效繁殖不仅关乎养猪业的可持续发展,还直接影响整体效益。目前,我国养猪业主要采用人工授精作为主要繁殖方式,而母猪的受孕率、胚胎存活率以及公猪的精子质量在其中发挥着至关重要作用,直接影响着养猪业的繁殖效益。然而,现代养猪业正面临日益严峻的挑战,其中环境热应激作为主要环境压力,已成为制约养猪业健康可持续发展的关键因素之一。高温环境下,猪的正常代谢受到严重干扰,导致体温升高、食欲减退、生长速度减缓,甚至可能引发生理功能障碍。值得关注的是,热应激直接影响猪的繁殖能力,导致精子质量下降、受孕率低、胚胎发育受阻,严重削弱了养猪业的产能和效益。在热应激影响生殖过程中,神经内分泌系统发挥着不可或缺的作用,特别是下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴在维持生殖系统正常功能中具有关键地位。因此,深入探索热应激对内分泌功能的影响对于全面理解其对猪生殖能力的调控机制具有重要意义,也为制定科学的热应激管理与治疗策略提供了必要的科学依据,进而推动猪生产的可持续发展,为养猪业的繁荣做出积极贡献。
