营养与食品安全专业博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师，中国食品科学技术学会特殊食品分会理事，扬州市营养学会理事。从事教学工作6年，承担本科生生物化学、卫生统计学和烹饪营养学3门专业必修课的教授，以及研究生动物高级营养学、细胞培养与动物实验技术和科研设计的部分内容讲授。目前主要从事烹饪营养与食物过敏方向的研究。主持了国家自然科学基金青年基金和重点实验室开放基金等项目，在国内外学术刊物上发表论文二十余篇。
