Xuan Liu (S’11-M’17-SM’21) received PhD degree in Computer Science and Engineering at Southeast University, China, and is currently a lecturer and master supervisor with the College of Information Engineering (College of Artificial Intelligence) at Yangzhou University, China, and an adjunct postdoctoral researcher with School of Computer Science and Engineering, Southeast University, China. He serves as an Editor for IEEE Networking Letters, Computer Communications, Telecommunication Systems, IET Networks and IET Smart Cities. Furthermore, he served(s) as a TPC Member of ACM MobiCom, IEEE INFOCOM, IEEE ICC, IEEE Globecom, IEEE WCNC, IFIP/IEEE IM, IEEE NOMS, IEEE PIMRC, IEEE MSN, IEEE VTC, IEEE ICIN, IEEE GIIS, IEEE DASC, APNOMS, CollaborateCom, etc. His current research interests include Programmable Data Plane Security, AL/ML for Cybersecurity, and Network Attack and Defense Technology.
