MORE+杨晴晴，女，民盟盟员，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。2016年获扬州大学博士学位，2015年4月至2016年4月，香港中文大学联合培养博士。
主要从事水稻品质性状的遗传改良及基因组学研究，重点在水稻赖氨酸生物强化、氨基酸代谢关联调控机制、关键食味品质的遗传改良等方面开展了较为系统的研究。主持和参加了国家自然科学基金、中国博士后基金、国家转基因重点专项等科研项目多项；在Plant Physiology、Plant Biotechnology Journal、Journal of Experimental Botany、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Frionter in Plant Science等国内外期刊上发表研究论文10余篇，其中1篇入选Plant Biotechnology Journal封面论文，1篇被Journal of Experimental Botany以“Highlight”形式推介，1篇被Plant Physiology杂志同期以“On the Inside”的形式进行宣传；申请发明专利1项。
荣获江苏省优秀博士学位论文、中国作物学会优秀博士论文奖、扬州大学优秀硕士毕业论文指导老师等荣誉称号。
