MORE+徐暑晖，1993年7月生，江苏省扬州市人，博士。2024年7月参加工作，现为扬州大学农学院讲师，硕士生导师。长期从事功能基因组学与玉米重要性状解析研究，聚焦玉米抗倒伏性状的分子机制解析和抗倒伏玉米品种选育。在植物生理学与生物化学国家重点实验室、国家玉米改良中心完成系统性科研训练。目前主持扬州大学科研启动基金项目和扬州市“绿杨金凤”人才项目。研究成果以第一作者发表于The Crop Journal、Plant Growth Regulation、PLoS ONE等期刊，参与合作成果发表于Molecular Breeding、The Crop Journal、Heredity、Frontiers in Plant Science等期刊。
