王慧敏,内蒙古赤峰人,中共党员。2024年6月毕业于西北农林科技大学水利工程专业,获工学博士学位。现为扬州大学水利科学与工程学院讲师,主要从事随机水文模拟与预测、水文模型、气候变化等。参与国家自然科学基金3项,以第一或通讯作者在Water Resources Research、Atmospheric Research、Journal of Hydrology、Earth's Future、水利学报等期刊发表SCI/EI论文十余篇。
