韦还和，男，1990年6月生，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。
主要从事作物栽培学与耕作学的教学与科研工作。主讲《作物栽培学》、《农业推广项目管理》等课程。主要研究方向为水稻优质高产栽培生理。主持国家自然科学青年基金、中国博士后面上项目等；参与国家自然科学基金、国家自然科学基金联合基金项目、江苏省重点研发计划等。在《Field Crops Research》、《Crop Journal》、《Journal of Integrative Agriculture》、《中国农业科学》、《作物学报》、《中国水稻科学》等期刊发表论文三十余篇。参编《2018-2019作物学学科发展报告》、《耐盐碱水稻遗传与栽培学》等专著。
