Profile
刘开拓,中共党员,预防兽医学博士,副教授,兽医学院硕士生导师。江苏省预防医学会流行病学专业委员会委员,中国畜牧兽医学会高级会员。担任《生命科学》、《生物工程学报》、《Animals and Zoonoses》等期刊青年编委,《Animals》客座编辑。Emerg Microbes Infect、Frontiers in Immunology、Journal of Medical Virology等期刊审稿专家。获江苏省预防医学会科学技术一等奖(7/9,2025),指导本科生获第十届全国大学生生命科学竞赛二等奖(1/2,2025)。近年来以第一或通讯作者(含共同)身份在The Lancet Microbe,mBio,SCIENCE CHINA-Life Sciences,Emerging Microbes & Infections,Journal of Infection等国际期刊发表学术论文二十余篇,总影响因子 > 130。主持国家自然科学基金和重点研发计划子课题在内的多项国家级和省部级科研项目。
研究方向:
1. 流感病毒预警监测及遗传演化分析;
2. 禽流感病毒跨种属感染哺乳动物的分子机制;
3. 禽流感病毒诱导细胞死亡促发炎症因子风暴的分子机制;
4. 家禽重要病原核酸检测方法的建立和优化。
