鞠涛,江苏扬州人。2015年6月在扬州大学获工学硕士学位,导师:李增光教授。硕士期间在中国人民大学徐立进教授和李焕荣教授课题组交流学习两年。2016年9月进入四川大学就读博士学位,导师:余达刚教授,随后于2019年7月获理学博士学位。2021年5月入职扬州大学。
