贾禄强，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，2020年毕业于江南大学生物工程学院，获发酵工程专业工学博士学位。现主要从事食品发酵过程优化与控制、人工智能及自动化控制等方面的研究工作。入选市级人才计划1项，先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后基金面上项目和江苏省高等学校基础科学（自然科学）研究面上项目等科研项目，在Bioresource Technology, Food Bioscience, Journal of Cleaner Production, Chemical Engineering Science, Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology, AIChE Journal等期刊发表论文十余篇。
